The Tesla co-founder and CEO claimed in a tweet on Monday that the electric pickup   truck can “float for a while” in response to a question about the Cybertruck’s fording capabilities. Musk didn’t offer further details as to how and for how long it can float.

The Cybertruck was unveiled by Elon Musk at the Tesla Design Studio in Los Angeles on November 21 2019, and is expected to go into production in late 2021, and will be offered at a base price of US$39,900 for single motor set-ups, and can go up to $69,900 for tri-motor set-ups. The latter setup should also provide more than 500 miles on a single charge.
